Papers presented at the event will cover historical ties, socio-cultural relations, academic cooperation, and politico-economic aspects of the relations between people and governments of the Nowruz Cultural Sphere and the Ibero-American World from ancient times to the present and with an outlook towards the future.

The conference will also feature spaces for the exchange of:
- experiences of academic relations between the Nowruz cultural sphere and the Ibero-American world,
- debates and discussions on possibilities for collaboration in planning joint curricula, organizing events, joint publications, research projects, and specialization programs.
